BlackBerry Bold 9700
Is the earpiece and speakerphone loud?
This is the number issue I have with cell phones. They're not loud enough to hear in traffic, subways or restaurants.
Is the new Blackberry Bold 9700 loud on the earpiece and speakerphone as my Blackberry Curve 8320?
FYI: I don't think the Curve 8900 or Bold 9000 are loud enough. That's why I never upgraded. My Curve 8320 speakerphone does distort when the volume is at max. The Moto Cliq is plenty loud, but I will wait to hear the Bold 9700 first.

I don't have any experience with the new BB Bold but I do with the previous BB Bold and I thought it was plenty loud. I agree none of the newer BB's are as loud as the old Curve. But I believe it's because BB has been improving the audio quality rather than volume, just take a listen to a BB Tour.
