Headset performance?
Hi I'd like some opinions on the V600 with the headset.
I know I can get a Jabra bluetooth headset, but bluetooth uses too much battery power, so we'd prefer to get a wired headset.
Typically the headset that comes with any phone is terrible. I have a Jabra headset, but it didn't work well with my Samsung x426. Jabra told me to get an adapter for it, which was a complete joke because I couldn't hear anyone. I knew this was a fluke because my wife and I have the same phone with the same result.

I would reccomend the Body Glove Earglove Pro Headset or EarWave Boom Headset. Both are about 30-40 dollars and can find them on attwirelss.com/accessories Good Luck

So you are saying that you've tried both of these headsets and they work well?
The problem with many cellular phones is that even with the best headset, the quality is still low due to poor design.

I personally have not tried them but i work for a wireless company and have not had any complaints from customers about them. They seem to give good performance for what you are paying for, my customers have said it is comfortable in their ears and the sound is just fine. I have a lot of complaints about the headsets that come with the phones as they are just bottomrung, chep earbuds, and i also have heard that the bluetooth is not as good as it is supposed to be, it seems like with bluetooth one must have the phone and headset perfectly lined up and thennot to move. I would stnad behind the two products i have recommended
