Samsung Rugby II A847

I'm trying to get the phone-book transfered to the phone. It just repeats the saying, "transferring phone-book please wait" this goes on for a long.. time with no results. Am I missing something or is the phone just no compatible with this Blue Ant S4 devise?

After my phone was stolen, I started using my husband's old Rugby phone. It seems to work pretty decent, however, I do not receive written texts for many days. Photos seem to be coming through ok, but I will go days without receiving a text, then all at once, nunerous texts will appear.

Is there anything to correct this issue?

Does anyone know if you can change the side key programming...for instance if you do not want the camera to turn on if you press the button twice?
