car kit mode

my phone is stuck in car kit mode, Verizon attributes this to water damage I am not so sure. Can anybody help me with this it would be appreciated all vz wants to do is sell me another phone at full retail.

Your phone is probably in lockout mode. The code to unlock it is usually the last digits of your phone number. Hope this helps.
