Setting up Backup Assistant
If you did not set up Backup Assistant during when you first turned on your phone, you can enable it in Settings.
Press HOME > MENU, and then tap Settings.
Scroll down the screen, and then tap Accounts & sync.
Tap Backup Assistant.
Follow the instructions on the screen to sign in to Backup Assistant and back up your contacts.
