Hello everyone. I have had the Incredible for a couple of weeks now and yesterday my Scene's have disappeared. The choices are now all the same and the clock and sun are no longer present. Has anyone experienced that? Should I take it back?
Also is there a way to save a downloaded program to your sd card? I downloaded a program from Android market and it is no longer available. If I have to reset I do not want to lose it.
I know I am writing a book, but... from what I have been reading, Menno, you seem to be the most knowledgeable, is there like a list of apps that are "Must Need" to enhance phone performance? Thanks for any help!!

I use astro to switch programs to my sd card it works well and is available for free in the market. If you tried taking out the battery and your scenes still arent there i would exchange it. The problem is that most Verizon stores dont have the phone in stock so I would suggest calling first. My daughter had to exchange hers thru 611 and the website. Good luck

You can get "Astro File manager" to back up an application to your SD card. note, this does not work with all apps, because some have copy protection to prevent this.
Astro is what you want, Pandora/Slacker are just awesome. For performance, just make sure you have the Power control widget on the screen. Most performance apps I know of require root.
