How to format EVERYTHING
So I bought this phone off eBay and it was reset to factory defaults when I got it, so I activated it yesterday and have been using it. That's really interesting, I had no idea it was a known issue. I guess I'm not surprised that Verizon didn't know about it. And the bookmark_thumbs1 folder is exactly where I was seeing most of those files.
Thanks for the info!
