Question on voicemail pin number
Does anyone know how to program the v810 to automatically insert your pin number when prompted to after calling voicemail?
My service provider told me how they thought it should be done, but is still does not work.
Thank you.

Yes. You need to press the Menu button when storing or editing a number to insert one of the three following options:
Pause—Waits for call to connect, then sends remaining digit(s).
Wait—Waits for the call to connect, the prompts you for confirmation before sending remaining digit(s).
‘n’—Prompts for a number before dialing. The number you enter is inserted into the dialing sequence in place of the n character.
I use the "wait" feature.

The best I have been able to do is insert the "wait" between my voice mail number and my pin and then when it prompts me to enter my pin, I need to press the "OK" button and then it will auto enter my pin.
With my other phones that I had, I didn't need to press the "OK" button, it would auto enter the pin when prompted.???????
Thanks.

Perhaps the pause feature will do this for you, but you lose the control of when to send the digits. I have always used the wait feature (which, ironically used be called the pause feature). Older Motos used the smart key/button to send DTMF tones but now the OK button or the right soft key is the only solution.
Back in the day, the Smart Key was smart. Today, its more like the Dumb button. I miss the functionality of the older Smart key.
