V810 Liquid Damage

Hi, I'm a newb with a V810 that suffered liquid damage the first week I owned it. The damage must have come from perspiration or condensation because the phone was never dropped in or even near water. I couldn't get the phone to power up and since the liquid damage indicator is pink and I don't have insurance my carrier says it can't be repaired.

I re-activate my V60 and set the V810 aside for a few days. When I go back to the V810, I re-install the battery and the phone powered up. All the keys work consistently except the power up key. If I shut the phone off, I can't power it back on for days sometimes. So I'm considering reactivating the V810 and just leaving it on 24/7.

My question is does this phone sound repairable? After I rem...

From your description of trying to pry the phone apart I definitely would not suggest self repair. 😳 If you send to Motorola they will probably just try to sell you a refurb unit. You should just keep the v60 active.
