Thinking of porting to Verizon?
Just wanted to share my porting experience with those thinking of taking the plunge.
I did everything online on a Wednesday evening and my port was completed sometime during the wee hours of Saturday morning. The ONLY catch was...........I had not received by equipment!
You would have thought that Verizon would minimally confirm receipt of the equipment before completing the port process......NOT! I spent an entire weekend without a mobile phone, which felt very strange I must say.
Upon arriving in the office on Monday morning, the Fedex box was sitting on my desk. Now, perhaps it had arrived and was somewhere in the mailroom in my building on Friday, but like I said, as a courtesy for online ports, Verizon really should confirm re...
