The phone would be under $200 with a contract, not without one for someone who is currently in their contract and cannot upgrade at a subsidized price. Also the key word in your post was "when" and that has still yet to be determined. The this is I have a new one now and selling it for $425 while they sell for over $500 on eBay. I'm offering it to all you phone giants and guru's before it is released and before I post it on eBay.
