Open box with down arrow???
There is an open box on my phone with an arrow pointing down. It is next to the music note. It recently appeared. Any clues as to what it is?

volume button
Has anyone else had their volume button stop working? For me, whenever I press "down", it registers as up. In fact, even tapping it lightly makes it louder. I really have to press it down hard to lower the volume.

Does this phone support animated screensavers, and if so what file type?

this is just really cool if you can get it 2 work
when answering your phone, instead of flipping it all the way opened, flip it so its opened but flips closed again and if you did it right you should be able to talk while your phone is closed

Random Exiting
When you are accessing the phone book, or any other tools, does your VGA 1000 just randomly exit whatever you are doing and go back to the main screen? Any answers?

side buttons
On all the other phones that I used to have whether it be samsung or lg the side buttons always activated the light for the front screen. this one however does not. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? I hate to keep opening the clamshell especially at night when i just want the time.

need a board
i am in need of a main board for a spriht vga 1000. the dog got ahold of my phone. the screens are all fine the board has a mark on it and now the phone won't work. any idea where i can get a broke phone or a new board would be greatly appreciated.

I saved my pictures to my picture wallet, and erased them from review/share... how can I share them from the picture wallet, or put them back in review/share?

Accessing Internal Phone Book and Ringtones through USB
Hey everyone! I've had a Samsung VGA 1000 for about 3 months and I recently purchased a USB Data cable to link it to my PC. I've been wondering how to access the phone's Phonebook and Ringtones through my PC. DOES ANYBODY KNOW!!?!!?!?!??! 😉 🙂

Getting pictures without Vision?
Simple question: is it possible to download pictures from the VGA-1000's camera without using Sprint's Vision service? I'd like to continue using my phone for snapping shots without paying $20 a month to do so.

Cell phone provider
Any idea if this phone may ever come to Verizon wireless. As a former sprint user, and current Verizon user, I have no regrets with the quality of my service, just the way in which it being provided through asthetically unapealling phones.

Problems
I love this phone but am having several problems. 1) I can't get caller ID photos that i assign to show up on the external LCD. 2) It seems to be randomly powering off. 3) When in 1-beep mode, anyone in my phone book who has a special downloaded ringer doesn't ring at all. Anyone else having any of these problems?
