Problems
I love this phone but am having several problems. 1) I can't get caller ID photos that i assign to show up on the external LCD. 2) It seems to be randomly powering off. 3) When in 1-beep mode, anyone in my phone book who has a special downloaded ringer doesn't ring at all. Anyone else having any of these problems?

I have had a lot of problems with this phone. Mine powers off on its own, too. I also have one picture that will never show up on the outside LCD, but does on the inside. It's quite frustrating. I have had a ton of other problems, too. When I am in the menus, it will just jump back to the main screen on its own, it will lose reception, and then instantly get full reception, and when I answer the phone, it will keep ringing until the song is over, or I take the battery off. I don't like this phone at all. I wish I hadn't paid so much for it.

Take it back to sprint, there is a flash update that may fix your problems. I belive was released on 3-8-04

I may have an answer to ur first problem. The Picture ID will ONLY SHOW PICTURES THAT YOU TAKE WITH THE PHONE'S CAMERA. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can't have the picture ID show downloaded pics on the external LCD. (I contacted Sprint Support on that one 😁)

I may have an answer to your third problem as well. You see, when in one beep mode, it doesn't activate the ringers........ kinda like vibrate mode, so it WON'T play any ringers u custom set to peoples in ur phone book.
