Random Exiting
When you are accessing the phone book, or any other tools, does your VGA 1000 just randomly exit whatever you are doing and go back to the main screen? Any answers?

my brother has a vga 1000 that does just that...he took it back to the mall kiosk, was given the run-around (he was sent to the sprint store for some odd reason...) anyway, yeah it still does that, he hates it
