Sorry, I haven't checked the forum in awhile.
Remove the battery and remove the T6 hex screws. Pull the back part off - it snaps on & off - pull from the bottom.
You need to pull out the guts of the phone that also snaps in but be careful - there is a cable connected to this that runs to the screen.
Remove the 4 phillips screws.
Take the screen half of the phone and disassemble it by removing 4 more screws (two are covered by gray sticky pads at the top of the phone and two uncovered at the bottom when disassembled from the rest of the phone). Now, pry it open by starting on the top. Turn over the piece that you just removed that contains the rails. You'll see (from left to right) a metal shim, two rails in the middle, and then a thi...
