Remove the battery and remove the T6 hex screws. Pull the back part off - it snaps on & off - pull from the bottom.
You need to pull out the guts of the phone that also snaps in but be careful - there is a cable connected to this that runs to the screen.
Remove the 4 phillips screws.
Take the screen half of the phone and disassemble it by removing 4 more screws (two are covered by gray sticky pads at the top of the phone and two uncovered at the bottom when disassembled from the rest of the phone).
