why if someone calls more than once does it only show the most recent one? is there a way to change this so i can actually see how many times someone has called and each time?? thanks!

Unfortunately there is no way to change that. All of the most recent phones within the last year (that I have noticed, maybe longer) have been set to only show the most recent time the same caller calls. It's annoying I know. And the kicker is you can't even ask the person who called you because it only shows the most recent outgoing as well. Just something we gotta deal with. 😎
