is there any store or any place that can change the faceplates i tried nyself but it became to difficult and complicated

I would suggest contacting an independent mobile provider. You know the kind you see at strip malls, that sell plans from several different phone providers. You are more likely to find a sales rep there that might be willing to do the work for you on the side, as opposed to a direct dealer like a Verizon or USWest store.
