Slider Battery Stopped Charging...
Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Had the phone for about a month. Took it back to Verizon and they game me a new replacement phone & charger right out the box. Apperantly Kyocera has a 30 day phone replacement policy on any problems you might be having with the phone.

🙄 I had the same exact problem. Had the phone for 3 weeks and it stopped taking a charge. It also started to get really hot and I was afraid it would explode or something. I took it back to Target and they replaced it for me. I've heard of a battery recall. Maybe that is the trouble?????

That's happened to me. I've had my phone for about 6 months tho. Has anyone seen a way around this? If I got a new charger, would that fix it?

Did you get a notification about the battery recall? If not, you should call Kyocera to get a new battery sent out to you. I have an extra brand new OEM standard battery that I could sell to you cheap.

I've had the same problem, and I've had my phone for about 9 months. It started happening 2 or 3 months ago. Anyways, what works for me is if you put it under a light, it will charge. If there is no light, it won't charge; but if there is, it'll charge. Just a tip. It works for me.
