That's funny...
I remember Sprint saying the update for the EVO 3D would be out in May. Then in June. Then in June - July. Now early August. I've completely given up on Sprint coming through at this point.

How about the rest of The Wi-Max phones?
Why dont they just release all or divide the rest of the Wi-max phones for boost / virgin mobile to use? Its not too may many of those phones and since they are pushing towards LTE and not making any more phones for Wi-max it would make sense unless they want to release them here & there to make more money down the line or they felt these 2 phones were the best option for either carrier and chose to leave it at that. Here are the list of the other Wi-max phones
HTC EVO 4G
HTC EVO Design 4G / Hero S (CDMA) - Boost
HTC EVO Shift 4G
HTC EVO V 4G / EVO 3D (CDMA) - Virgin

Samsung Epic 4G (Galaxy S)

is there a way for this phone to be use to other countries?
i mean inserting a sim to it?? bc it doesnt have a simcard on sprint.

Lacking Support
So let me get this straight... HTC has completely abandoned their not even 2 year old EVO 4G for upgrades? Have abandoned their not even a year old Glacier (MyTouch 4G) for upgrades, and is favoring the Sensation line up OVER the Amaze? REALLY?
There is a reason HTC is not the leader anymore.
While I used to HATE Samsung, and I still wont use anything with TouchWiz, Id rather buy a Samsung phone and root it and customize it than buy another HTC phone. Why? Cause at the end of the day, Samsung is learning to support their line up longer, and HTC has discovered they dont have to....but look where it got them!
Id rather go with a company that will support updates (and yes these phones BOTH have enough space and power) than stick with ...

This is why HTC rocks!
They are much more consumer oriented in the way they unlocked bootloaders and now at least giving a timeline in their planned ICS roll out. Motorola understandably has their reasons but can they really be justified in light of what HTC is doing?

What happen to the Evo?
The original one is still better then any Evo that has come out after it.

I wonder...
If they'll do pure ICS, or hose it with Sense. :/ I like HTC devices, their build quality, etc - but not Sense.

What about....
...the original Evo 4G? I'm suspecting the hardware requirements are a bit "too powerful" for the original Evo 4G and as it is, I'm due for my upgrade here in Jan 2012. Once I see a list of phones OTHER THAN THE CURRENT GALAXY NEXUS S that begin to have it, I'll consider. I'm steering far clear from Samsung for very good reason.....they don't know how or when the right time is to get their Android OS Updates out their to the Market. It was quite evident with the Galaxy S and prior phones from their line.

PH44100-Kingdom-EVO Design 4G-HeroS
Ok guys I have question. Lots of press on the HTC Kingdom was written and then it was called the EVO Design 4G and now the HeroS was traced back to PH44100.
So where are the specs on the EVO Design 4G if it isnt the PH44100?
