Siemens SL56

just wondering on newlyweds i know nick has the phone but my girlfriend said jessica has it to do they both have them or just nick???????? stupid question anyway what games are on it and how many ringtones and should i buy it refurbished

on at&ts web site this phone is still selling

Anyone know about the battery problem with the SL56? I was at Cing. and they said they do not have them due to a battery problem. 😕
