WiFi Hotspot
I bought this phone cause mainly it has a larger screen better screen than my old phone.
A mytouch4g, also as luck has it the specs are also supposed to be better, faster dual core processor, better camera, more memory

But anyway i use the wifi hot spot my laptop
and it don't work good & sometimes not at all it says browser can't open webpage.
What happens is you click on the icon on the phone activeting the hotspot, click on your wifi on your computer, everything says it is connected, the phone the laptop, all have good signal and connected.
But the web browser will either not open the webpage at all saying you don't have a connection to the internet, or go slower than dial up, sometimes it takes a half hour to get it going, between turning the phone on and off and the computer.
Since these phones have sim cards I yanked it out and put it in my old phone, (a mytouch 4g) and it worked great, faster than my home network...

There APN settings on your phone is probably wrong. You should contact your service provider and get them to update them.

Ah finally a response, well I kind of think it is a problem with the phone, or setting on the phone,
I spoke to t-mobile and went to the t-mobile store,
And they said like you it is probably a setting , But on their side, ???
They said they will put in a trouble ticket. Unfortunately after a few days they called back and asked if was working better but I told them No, and they did not know what to do?
I try to use the phone cause I like most of the newer features of it but when I want to use the hotspot I pull the sim card and use my other phone. and it works great just like a wireless router in your house FAST.
