Warning: AT&T says Note is a tablet & must return in 14 days
They claim the Note is not a phone and not subject to the 30-day return rule. $345 early termination fee b/c I returned it on day 16!

I thought, AT&T's Tablet policy, was 14 days to return/exchange the device AND remain a customer but if you wanted to return it and cancel the service completly you still had 30 days?

All the information I can find on the Note shows that the device is considered a phone and carries a 30 day return policy..... You can't make calls on a tablet... It carries the same 30 day return policy that all the phones carry. I think you got ripped off dude.

OK this is a lie. i work at a dealer store and there is no 14 day return it is 30 and if u return it in 30 day there is no etf

I work for AT&T and can tell you it IS a phone. Return policy is 30 days like any other phone. If you're buying it from an Authorized Retailer, their return policy may vary.
