Samsung SCH-A670

Is there a way to program this phone to show the name AND number (of callers in the phone book) in the external ID screen for an incoming call? It would be helpful to know which number the person is calling from if you're watching your minutes and call only accept IN Network calls. I realize you can make separate entries in the phone book for each number, but wondered if there was another way.
Also, is there a way to have the photo AND the name/number show up on the external ID? When there is no photo available, only the name shows up with no color background or wallpaper or anything. BORING!
