I am not able to enter captial letters when I'm saving a name and phone number. For example,
123-123-1234
John doe
Is there a special function to press? I press the left key and ABC (not abc) and the last name still comes out as "doe".

Yes, for capital letters press the star key on the lower left hand side of the keypad. When typing in text on your phone, this key is specifically designed for upper case letters so just press it once for the first letter of the word to b e upper case, twice for all letters of the word to be uppercase, and three times for no letters of the word to be uppercase. I hope this helps!!
