NEC 525

I remember when I got the NEC 525 and when I looked at the second picture it turned into a VX8100

DO ALL OF THERE PHONES TURN THEM SELF OFF THEN ON AGAIN FOR NO REASON OR IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MINE. 🙂

CAn anyone post some pictures taken by their NEC?

all in all would you recommend this phone? I just got it off of ebay it should be here in about 3 o 4 weeks after my friends pays. But after looking at some reviews I'm unsure. I know reception is a problem but will i at least get one or two bars. I don't call alot just text and stuff like that 🤣

When I'm charging my phone, and it reaches the fully charged state, a message with a tone is displayed. This message and it's tone continue until the phone is disconnected from the charger.

The problem occurs if I'm not in the vicinity and the phone remains connected to the battery charger after it has charged.

When I disconnect from the charger at some time after the phone is charged, the tone and the message continue to be activated. This appears to go on for a length of time that is equivalent to the length of time that elapsed between reaching full charge and finally being disconnected from the charger.

The tone is extremely annoying and I would like to shut it up!

Any ideas as to what is going on and how to stop it?

Has anybody seen a vehicle bracket for this phone? The NEC website doesn't have one. In our company vehicles, we are required to have the phone in a bracket, not sliding around on the seat. I can find a mount for my vehicle, but nothing for the phone to mount to the bracket.

Anyone know when this well be available?
