New version Nokia Suite Works w/ Camera
🙂 the 6225 is sweet
I recently downloaded the new pc version of Nokia suite 6.2.5 I think.
It now has the camera conectivity
How to do it:
1 - load up Nokia Suite
then click on Transfer Files. now your in the explorer at the Nokia Phone Browser.
You should see your phone below if you have your DKU-5 data cable attached and drivers installed.
2 - Folder Path: Nokia Phone Browser\Nokia 6225\Picture Mail\CameraA
3 - right click on the files inside the "CameraA" folder and select Download.
4 - Go to the folder you downloaded the files to and RENAME the files and add the file Extention ".jpg" the the end of each file.
Example: Image001.jpg

YES ...
Just got this running myself ... wikid.
HOWEVER ... for some reason I cannot update ring tones to my phone.
It plays fine in the sound editor but tells me that it's "Failed to update the ringing tones in the phone"
Any idea why?

I have tried everything and nokia canada says its the way your provider orders the phones from them. they say the only way to download ringers is to do it from their website. then their website says its not compatible with this model. lousy tones anyways. i have a message into nokia usa to see if anything can be done. will keep you informed.
P.S. using the infrared or cable you can transfer the ringtones into the phone if you save the ringtone to your desktop then change the extension to .bmp and using the file transfer program in pc suite 6.4 put them into your tone folder in your phone. then open them from your phone download screen. the problem is with a .bmp extension the phone does not recognize them as ringtones i think.
