easyGPRS with e715
I get the data cable form radio shack (Data Cable for Samsung A310, it’s a USB cable and the other side plug fix perfect in my e715) I get the software from internet (EasyGPRS version 2.1.😎 the problem is the software show “offline” with com1 and “nothing” with com3, In any way I don’t have connection with the phone I think the cable is good because Wxp try to find the drivers for the device when I plug in the phone. Any help THANKS

i bought a data cable off ebay that is compatible with the e715 and i had the same problem. i tried every possible configuration to get it to work... then today i went out and bought a infra-red USB adapter for $40 at Fry's Electronics... pluged it in, started easyGPRS and it found it right off... it was pretty easy and works nicely. i think it was worth the $40. now if i could only get a refund on the cable i bought.

here is the USB to IRDA adapter i bought in case anyone is interested. dont worry about the review. I have Windows XP and it found it and installed the drivers with out me ever having to use the drivers disc that came with the adapter.
