why do you want the phone unlocked? do you plan on using it with a different carrier? if that is your intent i would vear away from this phone, this phone is a dual band phone (900/1900), the other major GSM carriers (ATTws and cingualar, soon to be 1) have stronger support on the 850 band then they do on the 1900 band, so if you were to take this phone to say ATTws you would have horrible coverage (i know because i had the SEt68i and i dont even want to start on the horrendous coverage that i had with that phone on att's network), if you are sticking with tmobile it doesnt matter if its unlocked or not, but i would just advise against taking the phone to another GSM carrier simply due to coverage, right now there are people working on a fir...
