How do u know where book downloads are downloaded.to I want to see where download is and how to read it or where is library app

When i try to edit my groups i type in a name, but it wont save it! Also, for some contacts phone type (ie home, mobile, work, etc.) it offers a business or custom options but doesn't offer these options on others...what am i doing wrong?
