I don't know what I did to lock my phone but now its stuck on a screet where it says to enter puk code and new pin code... what is puk code? Please help!!!

It looks like you put a SIM lock on the phone. You need to call your Carrier and they can provide the PUK code. If you made more then 8 attempts then the card could be permanently locked in which case you would have to buy another SIM card
