Trouble With PCS Vision

Has anyone else not been able to access there PCS Vision but can do Ready Link. I call Sprint and all there trouble shooting doesn't seem to work. Can anyone help?

ive had my fone for over a week....cant access web, cant do ready link....spent hours on hold with sprint,,about ready to tell them what they can do with their fone and service!!!!

i had this problem for 4 days. sprint told me to wait....and i did, but i coulnd't wait any more. finally i told one of the sprint technicians that it needed to be fixed NOW. the reason that i coulnd't use my vision was that my password was incorrect, it hadn't been switched to my new phone.
so to all the people who are having this problem, call from a landline and tell the sprint rep to check out your password.

Yeah, I just thought it was me. I have readylink, thats good to go. I have vision, that is cool also. But I'm having an issue with with logging into my pcs mail for about a week now. I had recently changed my VISION pass, and now I can't even log in. I think I'm about to call Sprint right now. I need my emails damnit..ehhe.

I will need to update, I just got off the phone with a Sprint vision tech. She got my pcsmail to work by just removing batt for 1-2 mins, then placing it in again. But first, disable your vision. I was able to login my pcsmail again. Everything is working for me as of right now. The vision tech had stating that anybody that was updating their vision last week ...

I was having trouble for about a week. I had talked to at least 4 different techs. The last one I talked to rerequisitioned my phone for PCS vision while I waited and it started to work immediately. All other techs had not even tried or mentioned this. If you have this problem suggest this as a solution.

Yes, I had the same issue, i got another phone from best buy, waited over night and activated early in the morning before the rush, works great now. What happened is that a server went down and then the automatic network and service upgrades ran causing a huge issue. It should be over now.
