Both Screens going blank!!
I am having a big problem. Sometimes when I recieve a call or every like 3 hours or so both screens on the phone go blank only white no numbers no letters and I have to shut the phone off and turn on again to fix. If anyone had the same problem please let me know. Also I would like to know which is the latest software on the phone.

This happens to my phone which I got 2 days ago. Did you ever fix it?
