Make a call and the screen flashes
I have experienced when trying to make a call and need to the screen flashes. Is this something normal or is there something wrong with the phone. I called Tracfone and they were not help.

It might be a promixity sensor that detects your face near the phone and turns the phone screen on and off. Most likely though it is either a software or phone hardware issue.
