Syncing with Outlook
How well does this phone sync with Outlook? Will it sync task and notes as well as contacts and calendar? Anything else?

We do this all the time. It's straightforward - just hook the 'berry up to the USB cable, and let intellisync do the rest.

That's great that it sync's with Outlook! Does the Blackberry search feature allow you to search all the fields in the information you sync?
I have a client that is leaving for Mexico next week and would like to be able to view anything/everything regarding her Mexico clients while she is there. Types in Mexico in the search field and it shows her any previous emails, documents or contacts in her Blackberry.
Is this possible or is something available? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
