Nokia 6810

I need someones help! i tried to charge my phone and it would not charge coming up with the message 'not charging'. then went off. when i go to switch it back on, it just come up 'TEST MODE' and then lights up then goes off. its driving me crazy! please help! 🙂

Suncom is carrying this phone for $174 after rebate. Though they have it listed as the 8600, I don't know if there were any major changes to it or if they just released the wrong number on their website.
