LG VX-7000

well i dont quite know how to download ringtones because im new to these new features.. but what i do now to get my recorded ringers is i record it from music from my audio speakers on the computer or the boom box..THEY COME OUT SO LOUD AND DISTORTED AND HISSED, SOMETIMES THEY COME OUT FINE BUT USUALLY 95% OF THE TIME IS HORRIBLE!!! is there any way i can record my ringers without making them sound that way or buying it from get it now or the internet ringtones??
