How to leave External LCD Permanently On
Does anyone know of a hack, to permanently leave the external lcd on? just curious. It would be nice to look down at your phone and have the time/date. Thanks! 🤣

Your battery would die instantly if the display was on all the time. But if you want to do it, I believe the way to do it is menu - zero and the service code is all zeros. All LG's have the same process to get into the secret menus.

i tried looking for that same code to but can't find it on howardforums. if u find it can u please let me know cause i hate the fact that the external lcd does not light up when the phone is open.

When your phone is in standby, press 0 then the code is all zeros. I don't know if this works with the verizon ui on lg's but i know it was the code for lg's w/o the ui from verizon. After that look for power save options and then turn it off. I'm not sure. Remember that your are in a secret menu that can seriousely damage your phone. SO BE CAREFUL!
