Phone went through washer

My phone went though the washer the other day but not the dryer... any suggestions and has this happend to ne1?? i searched for water and read about the blow drying and towels... but i dunno if the soap would screw it up anymore

also it was on when it went in.. and when i got it out the vibrator was constantly going until i unplugged the battery and it wouldnt turn on(the phone)
