Vibrate Mode on Cell Phone

I just got my new phone yesterday and I would like to keep it on vibrate while I am at work, but there is no option for just vibrate on it. There vibrate and high, but I just need vibrate. Anyone know how to do that???

Hey, just hold down the star key to go into manner mode =) this will silent your keys and turn on vibrate! Make sure to read your book!
