Motorola V80
V80 screen stays on during charging
I recently got a V80 and signed up with T-Mobile. It is working fine except that the screen always stays on during charging no matter I turn the phone on or off. Is this normal? If it is, is there a way to turn it off or set it to sleep mode?
BTW, my phone shows Cingular even though my service provider is T-Mobile. The guy who sold me the phone told me it is normal since this phone was from Asia and it would only recognize Cingular and AT&T's GSM network in the US. Does anyone know if I would get a better or worse reception through Cingular instead of T-Mobile's network?
