when i get phoned there is no ring-tone my vibrating alert works but no ring-tone? ☹️

Check the manual on how to take it off of of "Vibrate" and also set the ring to "Loud". You can also choose what ringtone you for all calls and also set custom ringtones for certain individuals if you want to.
