I doubt anyone knows which version of brew the phone will be using. But, if you do, excellent.
I think it would be nice if PhoneScoop could tell us such things.

no msm6100 phones are available yet but
i would assume they will be brew2.0 or
higher.

According to this Motorola document on the V710, it has BREW 2.1. Scroll to the bottom of the page under "Key Features".
