does anyone have clips uploaded on their phone that are longer than 15 sec?

and these are the settings
1. I use Motorola Devices under Encoding Profile
2. Click on Image Preprocessing tab and click on setup for cropping/resizing
3. Choose QCIF (176x144) under Absolute Size
4. Click on Video Encoding and change the Video bitrate to 96 kBit/s
5. Click on Audio Encoding and change the Audio bitrate to 96 kBit/s
The rest I leave alone but you can always mess around with them.
