How do you remove the Red Bars on the top and bottom of the display?

the guy who sold me my 8K confirmed that there is a way with the data cable but would not devulge it for fear of losing his job... I have searched here and HOFO to no avail. So i dunno what to tell you, except if u get the answer please share it 😉
