LG VX-8000
Insurance question
I currently have the LG VX 8000, and the front screen has broken. I have insurance through verizon wireless, and I was wondering how that works. If you have any info on that, you help is greatly appreciated!

is the plastic just broken...or is the plastic and lcd screen both broken. if the plastic is just broken, call lg and have them send u a replacement front plastic piece...same thing happened to my 8000, but i fixed it myself for 10 bucks.

Say LCD is broken... since the phoneis discontinued, will they replace it with the 8100 as long as you pay the difference?

Im pretty sure the LCD is broken, the the front screen just turned completely white, but if i send it back, will they let me exchange it for the 8100?

yeah. Since the vx8000 is discontinued, they'll send u the vx8100. The vx8100 is no longer listed on VZW's website. Hopefully they may send u the vx8300......

My vx8000 is also broken and covered under the Verizon insurance...Did they actually send a replacement vx8000 or did they send an 8100?
