For me, the difference would be the fingerprint reader. It's so much easier to keep your phone secure and unlock it quickly with a reader. Once you have one, you never want a phone without it.

Also, if you use (or want to use) Android Pay, it makes all the difference. Android Pay is a pain in the rear with a lock code, but just as seamless as Apple Pay with a fingerprint reader. It's great.
