How's the 6100 reception (vs. A270)?
Hi there--
I am about to make the big switch from Sprint after about five years. My big complaint with Sprint in NYC has been mediocre reception--thus the move to VZW, which is said to have the best coverage in NY.
That said, once I move over, I want to make sure the phone I get has the best reception--otherwise what's the point.
For those of you who are in the know, how is the 6100's reception? The other major contender I'm considering is the A670--how do the two stack up on reception?

don't know about the a270. tried the lg vx6100 for more than a week. reception was crap. if you're area has excellent reception, it's fine but if it's just ok - meaning about 3 bars and sometimes fluctuates, i would not recommend this phone. you'll see it constantly switch between analog and no signal and back to digital. i would check out the new moto v265. sure, this has a crappy camera, passive matrix screen but if what's really counts is reception, i would go for that. i think you won't be dissapointed.
