Can't Transfer phone book from Motorola to VX6100
Hi- I just purchased the LG VX 6100 and spent over 2 hours at Verizon for them to transfer my phone book from my Motorola V60 to the new VX 6100. I have over 200 contacts and they were not able to. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there another way to transfer or at least input the phone numbers into my laptop and then transfer them to my new cell phone? This has been very frustrating.

I have run into probs with the moto's w/ tons of contacts. Usually though they just leave some of them out (ie. only transfers 130 or so of the 200).
That sucks eversh- that'd take forever to trasnfer all those by hand.

Did you try and have the VZW store do it? Mine here x-ferred mine from my Nokia to my LG and it worked like a charm. it was $10.

The verizon store transfered my old Motorola V265 to LG 6100 OK. 🙄
