Message Indicator?

Does the phone have a message waiting indicator? I have the vx6000 and I'm disappointed that the status light doesnt light up to remind you of a voice or text message .. does the 6100 have a reminder light or anything on it??

Aside from the outside LCD it has a 2 minute reminder beep.

I don't think that this phone has a reminder beep, unless I am missing something...

Yes, when you receive Voice Mail, a message appears on the screen and an icon appears at the top of the screen. Altho I haven't used it yet, I believe you also receive a message and an icon for Text messages.
