what about sprint for this phone???

does anyone know if this phone can be unlocked for sprint ?? I want to buy one, but I have sprint? I know both verizon and sprint are similar technology...cdma & cdma/amps. Does anyone know?

Sprint will not activate any non-Sprint phone

Why would you want to use this phone on Sprint? Why not the Sanyo 8200. Sanyo quality is much better than LG.
